Customer app for a Lithuanian water-treatment company: scan the QR code on an installed filter or softener to watch water use, pressure, salt level and leaks in real time, get alerts, book a technician and manage service plans — on the web, iOS and Android.

Task
A water-treatment company installs filters, softeners and sensors in homes and businesses. Owners could not tell when the salt was running low, when a leak had started or when service was due. The app shows owners how their devices are doing and warns them when something needs attention.
Solution
- Add a device by scanning the QR code on the installed unit
- Live data over MQTT: water use, pressure, valve stage, salt level, leaks, temperature and humidity
- Remote control of valves and smart plugs
- Alerts and push notifications
- Technician visit requests and service plans paid by card
- Sign-in with a one-time SMS or e-mail code; five interface languages

Technology
The app is Vue 3 with Vite and Vuetify; it talks to devices over MQTT and to a Koa and TypeScript API on MongoDB and Redis. Stripe handles the service plans, and a Flutter shell ships the app to the App Store and Google Play.
