Kickstart
An online store for motorcycle and scooter parts that we are moving from WooCommerce to Next.js: parts search by scooter model, prices from the supplier’s price list and an invoice in JARS Apskaita after every payment.
The store is being prepared for launch and runs at kickstart.sistemium.net, while kickstart.lt still serves the previous version.

Task
Kickstart sells motorcycle and scooter parts, and kickstart.lt runs on WooCommerce. The owner needed an easy-to-use admin area and an integration with suppliers, so that prices and stock would not be updated by hand. We are moving the store to one Next.js system connected to accounting.
Solution
- Products, brands, categories, images and scooter fitment data moved over from WooCommerce
- Parts search by scooter make, model and version, based on the fitment data moved over
- The supplier’s price list is loaded every day: prices are recalculated by category markups, and a suspiciously large change is not applied
- Store products are linked to supplier items by brand and code: the system suggests a match, and a person confirms it
- Three product availability states: in stock, to order from the supplier, sold out
- After payment the invoice is issued in JARS Apskaita, and its PDF is e-mailed to the buyer
- Buyer accounts, favourites and an interface in Lithuanian and English

Technology
One Next.js app serves the store and, on a separate address, the admin area; the data lives in MongoDB Atlas. Scheduled jobs load the supplier price lists, recalculate prices and update availability, and invoices are issued through the JARS Apskaita API.
